June Project

This Month we are using the Jackson Workshop On The GO!  I really like the stamp set that came with it. This paper pack really lends itself to the great outdoors.  I used it to make this two page layout of 4 of our Boy Scouts. But it will also work well with general camping picturees as well.

The photos were taken at Rainbow Falls near Mammoth Mountain, Ca.

May Gathering Project

May is almost time for Grads and Thank you notes! For this gathering we will make a 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 Thank You card using Lifting Spirits (C1570) with the Blossom Paper pack (X7196B). The sentiment inside the card is from Card Chatter - Thank you (C1381 - Retired).

The Grad card is made with Diploma Day (B1480) and You Did It (C1351 - Retired).  This was all card stock using Ruby, Black and White Daisy. Our school colors!

April's Club Project

As close as it is to Mother's day and Father's day, I decided we'd make cards.  Be Prepared!! Right!

We used the new Jackson Paper and "The Best Dad Ever" (A1173) for the Father's day card.  We cut up two extra hats, mustaches, and bow ties so we could layer them to pop out of the page.

I thought about making the card below, but it didn't sit well with me.  It needs something else, but I just couldn't put my finger on what the something was, so I canned the idea and moved on.

             original (Not used)

We made this one instead using the Brushed paper pack and "Flowers for Mom" (B1473).  You can't see the bitty gems from this photo, but there are some on here.  I LOVE our new markers.

                      Used instead

The Canary cardstock seemed to make the card more friendly and warm.
