Surf's Up!

Rad Dude!  Look at the waves today!

April seems like a good month to Surf!  We are using the Surf’s Up paper pack (X7168B) along with three different stamp sets.  The sets are Surf’s Up (C1544), which comes with the Surf’s Up Workshop on the Go, Tropical Paradise (C1531), and Bright Shinny Day (D1538).  We will be making our own B&T (Back ground and texture paper) this month as seen below.

This pattern is made with 4 individual stamps from two of the sets.

March Gathering Project

I couldn't think of a prettier paper to bring in the spring!  Chantilly is such a bright and cheerful paper pack it makes good use of Buttercup, Champagne, Cotton Candy, Pear, Ruby, Sunset, Outdoor Denim and Twilight.  With this layout, I used elements from both the Art Philosophy and the Artiste Cricut cartridges.  We will use Scrapbook Statements - Poets (C1539) and Fabulous You (C1533).The left page holds one 6X6 photo and the right side holds 3 - 3X4 photos.

February Club Project

Later Sk8r!

Although they are not skating, this paper lends to the wild side of any boy that uses wheels for adventure!  Below is the single page layout we will be creating in the Club on Friday February 1st.  Later Sk8r is one of our new papers in the Spring/Summer Idea Book.  Once I started on this page, the paper took over and I just kept going.  At first I thought this would be hard paper to work with, but it wasn't at all! The stamp set we will use comes with the Workshop on the Go.  I used both of our Cricut cartridges, love the gears!!  I did make a second page to compliment thisone and I will post it after the club. 

The card we will be making also uses this paper.  We will use the new stamp set, Cozy Cat (A1140) and the Stamp of the month Home Sweet Home (S1302).

 

The collar has Stardust Glitter gel, with a green gem hanging off of it.

 

 

The inside of the card is blank for personalization.

Here it is January 5th, and I'm just getting around to posting!  I'm really going to have to try harder to get on the BLOG more frequently this year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you!

I’d like to spend more time creating this year than I did last year!  We’ll see how it goes.

We have lots of new and exciting product coming out next month, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

In the mean time, we have a beautiful Stamp of the Month For January, Happy Valentine’s.  

 

We will use this stamp set as well as Bonjour (B1414) and Jardin (D1528) for the January club project.  This month we are gong to make a couple of Valentine's day cards. We are also using the La Belle Vie paper (X7158B).
