December's Project

We are using the Frosted Paper this month.  And how fitting it is with the cold weather we are having these days. The colors are Twilight, Champagne, Colonial White, and White Daisy. We are using the Frosted WOTG stamp set for the layout, and since I'm still working on the card, I'm not sure what we are using!!

November Club Project

This Month we are making a couple of Christmas Cards.  We are using the Sparkle & Shine Paper Pack (X7176B) and the stamp set out of the Workshop on the Go kit (G1071) from the Holiday's from the Heart Gift Guide.  Card one also has the Red Shimmer Trim (Z1848) and clear sparkles. For a variety, I played with the stars in the lower right corner. I like them both.

For card two, we use the Silver Shimmer Trim (Z1799).  The variation in this card is in the stamping of the image, Santa's Greeting (M1028). I also distressed the card bases and the stripped pattern papers in different colors. Card 2a is distressed with Juniper (Z2165) and 2b is distressed in Ruby (Z2170)

Club for November is this coming Friday the 8th at 6:30pm at my home.

October's Project

Laughing Lola!

In October, we will make two cards using the Laughing Lola Paper (X7170B), Black & Grey Glitter Paper (Z1829), Perfect Fit - Frames 2 (D1536), Perfect Fit - Birthday (B1417), Polar Bear Holiday (C1557) and Clear Assortment Sparkles (Z1752)

The first card is the birthday card.  Need to add to my birthday card stack!

 The card is blank inside for personal birthday wishes.

The second card is a start on my Christmas Cards.  It is also a way to show you that even Laughing Lola can be used for Christmas cards. You can't see it in the picture, but on the silver glitter banner I have stamped "Winter Cheer!" from the Polar Bear stamp set.

These should be fun to put together in the club.

September's Project

 This month we are putting together a two page layout using the new Huntington Paper Pack and WOTG stamp set, along with the new cricut cartridge Artbooking, and the Stamp of the Month, "Poster Tidings".

June Gathering Project

This is a center fold step card.  We will be using the chantilly paper pack with the ever so cute Paper Dolls stamp set.  I just adore this set.  It reminds me of the paper dolls I used to play with as a child.  I know!  I'm dating myself.  The paper doll is layered and requires lot's of cutting. But, I think the final look was well worth the extra effort.

A Few Cards

I had an evening all to myself.  Husband wen the Game 6 of the L.A.Kings playoffs, and my son we to a friends birthday sleep over.  I got to play all night long!!!

Most of these cards were made with Dream Pop!  Our Scrapbooking Month Special.

I used liquid glass on the flowers on this card.

The pin wheel was made with the Artise cricut collection

This one was made with For Always.

May Gathering Project

This Month we are going to use the For Always paper (X7165B) from the Workshop On The Go (WOTG-G1055) with Lagoon CS (X5762) and Slate CS (X5930).  The stamp set from the WOTG and Love Doily (B1418).

Flowers were cut using CTMH's Art Pilosophy Cricut cartridge in varying sizes. The flower's center are gems from the Black & Grey gem collection (Z1754).  The gem in the heart is from the Haunted Assortment (Z1741), which is discontinued.  But it really looks nice here.

Teacher Appreciation Week

This is Dream Pop meets Teacher Appreciation!  Ryan picked the color combos for his teachers, I did all the rest.

I didn't have a much time to put into these as I would have liked.  I was thinking they would look nice with some flowers in the left front corner.  Oh well, it was midnight last night before this part was completed.

Surf's Up!

Rad Dude!  Look at the waves today!

April seems like a good month to Surf!  We are using the Surf’s Up paper pack (X7168B) along with three different stamp sets.  The sets are Surf’s Up (C1544), which comes with the Surf’s Up Workshop on the Go, Tropical Paradise (C1531), and Bright Shinny Day (D1538).  We will be making our own B&T (Back ground and texture paper) this month as seen below.

This pattern is made with 4 individual stamps from two of the sets.
